Having issues with DMT extraction, suggestions?

I have been TRYING to extract DMT from 100g of Acacia Confusa root bark powder (Roughly 50g powder for each water/lye mix, I followed Noman's Tek.

Quick rundown on what I used:
Around 50g of powder
50g of Lye
600ml tap water (Maybe this is why, didn't use distilled.)
Agitate, separate, straight to freezer for precipitation.

That's where things go downhill, first 50g in one jar, the other 50g in another jar. My first jar after precipitating (all jars airtight in freezer) all I got was the yellow goo stuff. Was very disappointed. The second jar's pulls is what I am having so many issues with, the naptha is still very saturated around the jar. When I try to dry it out, all that happens is the stuff melts and evaporates. First I tried surrounding the jar with ice and putting it on my living room table, melted. I put another jar in the fridge so maybe it could evaporate easier while still being cold, melted. I just don't know what to do with it anymore it's super frustrating.

Crystals aren't everything, btw. :d They are pretty to look at but you are just going to melt them eventually anyway. The goo should still be very active.

Have you tried Recrystallization?

That may or may not help but even if you are getting goo as your end product, that is still DMT in different form. If your starting materials are good, the end result should be good as well.

Less work has been done with the Acacias, but there is quite a wealth of knowledge on the Nexus about their particulars. Click around, be less frustrated. That said, there seem to be more plant oils in Acacia. With Acacia confusa, acid/base extractions are better if you are looking for crystalization. Boil your bark powder in an acid like citric acid, hydrochloric acid, or acetic acid at pH 3 or 4. Then add your lye to pH 12-13. Extract with your nonpolar solvent and freeze precipitate.

Yeah I honestly was being impatient and just wanted the quickest tek to get me DMT. And also I didn't want to have anything to do with boiling since I just moved into a new place and only have 1 pot . That being said I will definitely try additional extraction methods. I want the whole DMT experience, it would be too easy if I could REMOVED I guess :/.
