Why the fuck are they asking. As if plastic is controlled. Anyway how about your raw organic goat milk you buy from a farm. Even you own distilled water. The beer you brew. Whatever, it is not like you are asking for a 50lb drum of red foforus(intentionally mispelled even though I seem to be dyslexic
