Let me start by saying that Im not sure if this is the right forum and if it is inappropriate in any way please feel free to move/remove.... Anyways...
I thought I would start to share some of my healthy recipes for inspiration and imitation.
My first creation is called: F*%k You It's Magic
Photos posted below are two different variations of the dish.
Red Cabbage Leaf (As a shell. Or whole wheat Tortilla [No enriched flour])
Hummus (Chickpeas, garlic, sea salt, fresh ground black peppercorn, first cold press olive oil)
Whole Wheat Couscous
Mushrooms (Any kind)
Capsicum (Any color)
Coriander/Parsley/Basil
Kale/Spinach (Tossed in balsamic vinegar and/or Grecian honey)
Bean Sprouts
Pineapple
"Cheese" (Dried coconut shavings with Cajun seasoning)
