I've been readin this forum for about a year or two now, but due to a health issue (which has left some of the fingers on my left hand essentially useless, aside from grabbing things) My index finger and ring finger move together (webbed almost) and my pinky brings all my fingers in (crazy neuropathy that I inherited which showed up in '04 initally). Hate to start on such a bummer note but it's just a part of who I am at this point, and might explain some of my viewpoints later. (BTW - this happened before I did DMT).

I came across DMT in 2014, and I'm still unsure of it's intensions. Kinda cutting to the chase, and others may have discussed this here - "they" seem to be very wanting of the spice, and almost reward you (or punish you hard if you're not in a proper state!) for bringing more. Those are simply my experiences, I can't talk for everyone.

So with this intro post - typing is still a bit difficult for me so pardon any short responses and this intro as well, I have so much I want to say so but feel it better to come out as we all connect on this plane - as we do in others. And selfishly, it's easier on my hands, haha.

Looks like you are well versed in substances. Also no need to worry about typing errors due to your hand which I'm sorry to hear about even though it hasn't broken your spirit it seems, at least that's what I get from your intro.

If you've been checking the site out for any amount of time then surely you've noticed there are people from all around the world on here that have trouble with English which is understandable but what I'm getting at is we all speak the same language for the most part here, we will get what you're trying to say

Thanks for the warm welcome brother. When I initially lost use of my of my left hand, it took years for me to get over the 'why me' part, having had a perfectly working hand (or hands rather!) and then losing it really plays some mind games with you and it wasn't easy of course.. but I've always had a sarcastic nature and 'it could have been worse' type of mindset. Look what happened in Oregon yesterday - life is such a delicate thing we all take for granted sometimes. But as we well know, the only way is through, and I'll be darned if losing full use of a few digits will stop me from enjoying life. I'll tell the tale at some point, just more interested in getting to know kind souls like yourself. Alot of people like to just talk about themselves anyway which is unfortunate. I will say, it put a big smile on my face that you noticed I haven't let lifes problems take my spirit, even if it was judging off one post. We all have our bad days too, but like Springsteen says "ain't no kindness in the faces of strangers, ain't gonna find no miracles there." Gotta pick ourselves up and not wait for someone else to.

I know this is just an intro thread and prolly doesn't belong here (but I think this is the only place I can post, hehe) - what's your take on the motivation part? Do you think 'they' need the spice to exist / get stronger or something like that? Just had some really confusing experiences... like I've read on here many a time, the further down the rabbit hole you go, the more questions you usually start to have. My first encounter was certainly because of the recent neuropathy - I was seeking it, and strangely enough, this substance which I'd never seen in my life and had written off as unobtainable, was given to me by a girl I dated from late '04 till '05. I was a total atheist, until then, except I'm not sure what they are... just seem cosmic in nature if that makes sense? My ex still is atheist - I think maybe 'they' only reveal things to certain types of people (cerainly not putting myself on a pedastal by any means!) - but I found out she was doing lots of amphetamines and other crap like that. But I've noticed it gifting close friends as well who don't take care of theirselves too, and they seem to have similar reactions. So so much to talk about w/ this stuff

I understand about the "why me" part and I'm sure plenty of us have either been through that or would go through that if something were to happen to us, I think it would be a natural first step after the initial issue. It's what you do after that that matters. Myself now with the different attitude I have I would be like "of course", lol. I have a tendency to look at nature a lot for answers, I never see a bird with a broken wing that sits there and feels sorry for itself or my rot who has 2 blown out ACLs wondering why me, they just continue to survive and make the best of it though painful sometimes. I myself deal with 2 bad shoulders and back issues, the shoulders will eventually give without surgery and the back issues are inherited. Some days are very painful and I have nowhere near the range of motion I used to have but still try to do things like I do which sets off the pain. I just work through it and eventually it subsides, I take no meds whatsoever. I just don't let it bring me down anymore, even joke about it sometimes.

By the way you can post anywhere in the welcome area. As for your question to the entities motives. I'm not sure if I've gotten a motive relating to needing spice to get stronger or to exist, I'm thinking they always have. My encounters have involved singing in kind of a weird playful manor, showing me things that can't possibly exist, examining me as if I've been there before, the journeys that were darker in nature seemed to be by my own mind set not being where it should've been. So I don't think from my experiences they seemed to have a motive of entrapment or convincing me to keep coming in even though the excitement almost says otherwise. Since I don't quite know what the hell is going on I try not to take it too seriously, because you're absolutely right that the deeper you go the more questions you end up with. So with what I get out of the experience I try to integrate into my life in a positive manner, and so far that has worked for me. I think a clear mindset is a must and any negative energies you harbor will eventually show itself, that has been my case during darker experiences, basically my own fault. They have seemed cosmic or on another dimensional level and have encountered a few different types.

I myself am not religious and don't relate them to angels or demons, again I don't have a clue what the hell they are even though they seem to enjoy my company. A lot of times I come out confused, but again I've learned not to sweat it, I think my brain would burn up trying to figure it out. Hopefully a tiny bit of this is making any sense at all as I'm not very good at articulating what I'm trying to say. I guess if you've had some confusing or tough trips to not take them too seriously or maybe take a break and contemplate what you was shown. It's just the weirdest stuff and I must be a glutton for punishment because I keep coming back, lol.

I'm on and off here, I work for the railroad so I'm all over the place and work a lot of hours but I try to get on here when I can and when I'm home its spent with family and I work in my other activities at the first opportunity.
