Could be vasoconstriction effects from the dmt.

could be the naptha if you are using a cartridge & don't dry or purify the dmt, . i believe this happened slightly with some of my first cartridges - quickly stopped smoking those lol... smoking small amounts of lighter fluid gives you an abnormal feeling hit who would've thought
