Hi.

I am here to hope to find if I could use DMT as a replacement for mushrooms in helping me with anxiety and depression.

I have found a low dose of 1-1.5 grams of mushrooms about once a month helpful to me but would prefer the shorter duration of DMT if I could get the same result from it.

That's what some people have found. From a scientific perspective, the neurogenetic effects of DMT are likely to help. Then there's the matter of possibly coming to terms with the bizarre nature of hyperspace, which is another important component of the Nexus.

Fine-tuning the balance of harmalas and vaped DMT might prove to help you the most, if you're not using any incompatible medications. Harmalas alone have helped many of us a whole lot over the years, so you might want to bear that in mind too.
 
Thanks, I'll look into harmalas.

Hoping I'll be able to get benefits from low sub breakthrough doses. Not that I'm not looking to explore that just further down the line.
