help extracting from phalaris

so basically for the past week im trying to find the easiest way to extarct from phalaris, i live in an afrea full of phalaris brachystachys and phalaris aquatica and this is my first time trying to extract. i saw a few ways to do this but all of the methods are for people familiar with extracting so im looking for an easy and simple way. thanks in advance
