I have 50g of hostilis root. I been researching for days on best newbie teks and I’m getting thrown everywhere. Anyone on here got a downright simple method. Thanks

Welcome to the Nexus. To find the information you seek, I would point you to the DMT Extraction Paths subforum which contains a wealth of information on that topic. If you prefer browsing specific teks and choose the one that seems most straightforward to you, checking out the Extraction Teks category of our Wiki is the way to go. Just keep in mind that a small portion of the teks there are still undergoing migration from the old forum and might contain links to it or some small formatting issues.

I'm a newbie too. I've been looking over the various teks and have decided to try Cyb's Hybrid ATB Salt Tek. It looks pretty simple and seems to be a popular one. I'm thinking that I'll also add the "freeze/thaw" step in the beginning from Cyb's more advanced Max Ion Tek.

Just finished my 1st extraction, actually did a 2nd one also. Got 1g from 50g of MHRB, and 2.2g from 100g on the second try.

I added the freeze/thaw cycles both times, and increased the salt ratio on the 2nd. The process is much easier than you'd think before trying it.
