Help With Defatting of Chaliponga

I have come into his possession 500g of whole chaliponga leaf. I have done quite a bit of research on the subject but still one part of the extraction boggles my mind, defatting. I have somewhat of an understanding on the single defat needed for mimosa hostilis and acacia, but for chaliponga I have read that quite a few (7-8) defats are needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to do this extraction speedily and this is the only thing holding me back. If you have any teks that would work best for chaliponga please post a link to them. This is my first post by the way, so if it is in the wrong section or anything I apologize. And thanks in advance for any help.


P.S. I haven't started the extraction yet, just in case anyone didn't get that.

Thank you noman, and I have read your "DMT for the masses". But what is still confusing me is the defatting, I'm starting to feel stupid because it's so hard for me to grasp. I just don't understand how to do it multiple times.

Don't use my tek for chaliponga.
For a multiple defat just do your defat step multiple times.
The tek I linked to calls for salting the alks out of the NP, so the fats are left behind. Far more effective than defatting the solution before basification in my opinion.
