Help with my extraction

One my first pull, I simply poured out the naptha and let the white crystals dry, then scraped. This time I let the second pull of naptha sit in the freezer all weekend, and then poured out every drop of naptha, leaving a lot of crystals (this time brownish) on the bottom of the jar. But this time, to my horror, the crystals shrunk and turned into goo - from beauty to goo. I tried to put them under the vent while the heater was running, but to my dismay, this seemed to make it worse. This is obviously my first time. Help!

So you are reusing naphtha AFTER freeze precipitating, yes?

And now the pulls when you freeze precipitate, come out yellow?

What you can do is evaporate the yellow reused naphtha to a quarter of the amount is left, then freeze again. And yes you can use some more fresh naphtha after to do more pulls.

Awesome, will do. I am thinking of removing all of the naptha that I can from the mix and completely replacing it with brand new fresh naptha, then swirling and such for 24 hours, then doing more pulls. Basically completely replacing the naptha while keeping the used stuff to the side or evaporating. Is this a good idea?...
