Help with my third pull. Is this normal?

So I’m on my third pool and when I added my Napster to my stew I lightly rolled my collection jar and now about 10%of the napitha is separated from my mimosa root bark stew. What did I do wrong? Can I save this? Or what do I do next! Please help.
(This is my first a\b extraction so any wisdom is greatly appreciated)

Just to clarify, you let it separate long enough, and only 10% of the naphtha separated?

If so, the bark must've soaked up a lot of it. Use more naphtha (to make the loss be less in percent), and/or squeeze the bark in a cloth to force the liquids out, and let them separate.

Yes you are correct I’ve let it sit for about 2 hours. I will post pictures once I get home from work.
