Used lazyman Tek. First pull won’t dry. Any thoughts? Could it be swim used too much lye? Is there a way to save it? Swim has done this tek before never encountered this issue.
There's not enough information here to really be helpful but initial assumption is there's an issue with your solvent.
Please give more info. What exactly did you do/use? What do you mean by dry? Did you pour off from freeze percip? What's left behind?

Used naphtha into a lye mix. 2 naptha into 2L of solution. Everytime swim has done this before it’s dried to powdery dust. This time it’s kind of gooey crystals with some tacky residue. I evaped. I’ve also noticed I’m having issues with it emulsifying. 2nd pull I used 2 cups naphtha but was only able to pull out 1 cup. Any thoughts on how to get it to separate more? Never had this issue either.
That's still pretty sparse detail. Without more exact amounts and steps it's hard to say what went wrong. For example are you freezing or evaping? Edit: just re-read and saw you're evaping. Probably polymer but moar info still needed.
2 cups is a lot of naptha. But I guess that depends on your quantity of source material.
You could just be dealing with polymer which is more or less likely given certain source materials, methods, and other variables in the process but without more data it's hard to confirm.
Information on that and emulsions are well documented on the forum. You can search "polymer" or "emulsion" and find good info.
Also, read the help thread and the wiki are two great resources as well.
