I found a great article today I really wanted to share, the journey workers guide. It is designed to aid those using psychedlics as a form a self improvement and therapy. I also found many things that could bring understanding to those who may not go into a trip with that in mind, but can really help organize and understand what goes on in the grey shit between your ears during the process of tripping your balls off.

It's not only important for the journeyer, but any sitter should read this. It's like a handbook for psychedlic situations.
