Hi! I might have messed up

Hi everyone. I don't like being online and feel paranoid and weird about it. Yet, what would I do without resources like this and people like you? Thank you.

A first timer makes many mistakes. It could have gone like this:
-STB
-Forgot to wash
-Froze em out, redissolve, washed, refroze
-spilled plenty nps whenever opportunity permitted

What's more, the entire procedure took place in a mason jar, which is a foolish oversight, it now comes to light. Concerns over the lid coating, aluminum, and the seal have me prepared to toss my entire project without so much as a taste!! What do you think?

Plus, what if the dish was oily at the end and what if some water got in there?

Thanks!

Something of a moot point if you've chucked everything away but, for peace of mind, you can recrystallise your product to clean it up, and/or put it through a mini A/B.

The oily residue in the dish may well just be the way the product has precipitated this time. Is the water from condensation, or is it base soup?

Spilling your solvent is obviously cutting into your yield. You need to work in a way that minimises this type of losses.
