Burnt: Agreeing with Cetta, The whole idea of chakras comes from a world-view that holds that there is nothing outside of the self; and that knowledge cannot come from outward observation, but only through inward introspection. therefor the whole idea of 'measuring' a chakra would be absurd. Your mixing two completely incompatible ideologies!
... inb4 unfalsifiable.
p.s I just wanted to admit that i'm feeling pretty guilty about having over 1000 posts. I have cut out double posting, I used to do that but not any more, and I also try not to just post random replies, but maybe you people could hurry up???
Chakras are definitely real. We do have an energetic body in addition to our physical body, and the chakras are the major energy points where these two bodies meet and interact. It is also thousands of other energy points in our body. It's not that hard to feel a chakra, or activating one, all that takes is deep breaths, a clear mind and intentional thought.
If you believe they are real for you than they are. If you cannot believe in anything unless physical or scientific proof is placed in front of you, than I am sorry, it will take much self introspection for you to open that mind.
Saidin: Yeah - what you don't believe, in you will close yourself off from. What you believe in, you will open up as a possibility, but you have to drop all fear, doubt, and disbelief... free your mind....
