yesterday i bought 'naphta' it was written on the can:light aromatic petroleum fraction...
now,i did three pulls and it turned dark yellow, when i try to boil it i discovered it boils at more than 150°C a little sample evapped ave me sticky dark yellow honey.than i discoveredc that here in my country naphta is a colloquially name for diesel! so i think it's diesel, what to do with it? boil it anyway and than freeze?

I would pull the spice from the diesel fuel with acidic water, re-basify and pull again with more appropriate NPS (Heptane/Hexane/real Naphta or Zippo fuel).

Boiling off your diesel fuel at 150C may evaporate some spice as well.

can i use hcl without litmus paper?couse i have tried with vinegar but it left my 'naphta' yellow..so i think it didn't dissolved all alks from my solution.
another strange thing that happens to swim is that solvent extracted is lesse than how much he put into..maybe 3/4 or less

from Good solvent Bad solvent thread..seems from this infos that swim's naphta is vm&p couse it has b.p of 160 isn't? swim is wondering if he really could or not boil it off without boil off the dmt or oxidize/burn it
