The sound bounces off the object. But sound don't travel so slick as light does. So theres a delay.
Now, compounded with dmt time, Which is a different time, sound echoes are everymuch as likely as light echoes and moreso to SLAY YOUR MIND.

The brain makes predictions based on sensory input as well as stored data. The file of stored data is constantly being renewed and contains previous predictions that have been correct.psychosomaticon said:

Psychedelics disrupt the process of error detection. So the brain starts to run it's own script, instead of what the senses tell it to do, because it is no longer being corrected.
And because of that, it's own scripts are now being added to the data file as well. So now it is starting to run it's own scripts, based on sensory input, as well as it's own scripts.
There's your feedback loop.
