How do I become a member and get to post in the big boys section

Hello people,

I have been a new member on this site for nearly 6 months now and regularly post my experiences and try to answer questions other new members post to the best of my ability. I would love to be a full nexerian member and be able to post my experiences and general hyperspace chit chat in the big boys sections.
Can anybody kindly shine a light on how I may be upgraded? I know this is also probably a FAQ
