How do I make dmt

Could some one teach me how to make dmt from the acacia bark here in Australia I had a friend show me years ago how boiled the bark with something then extracted but I can’t remember the ingredients or steps on how if someone could simplify it for me in most dummy simple steps possible as I struggle to understand everything read on here suffer severe depression and have read this may help.
