How do you enter the DMT states ?

Hi everybody !!

I wonder how you guys feel about the way you personally enter into the dmt realm after inhalation ?

To me and for a long time I was rocket launched into it.
In the Rocketlaunched gate, the vibrations are strong, they can sometimes get stuck here and there in the body before being stabilized. My heart rate goes up (or at least it feels like it does), I can be short of breath, I kinda have to ease myself into it before it does it by itself.

Since few month, there's another gate from where I access it. I don't feel almost anything, I mean, it feels like falling asleep, there is no perturbation, everything is so smooth that I don't even notice the transition.
When it happens that way, my breath almost stops, my heart feels slow and oh so caaaaaalm.
Last night I was really aware of my body responses while the firework was happening, and oh gosh that level of calmness and steadiness is out of anything felt before.
Last night was a bit different too cause I was really focused on my body, but usually when I transition that way, I just... drift in it without noticing.

Do you guys experience those two entrance gate ? (sorry I don't know how to call them haha)

Do you have other exemples of other ways ?

The other one to for me is when it goes through the rocket launch feeling and and when then I go like "oh shit..." Then I can tense more than needed sometimes and the experience following gets another quality (the kind of being not very comfortable haha)

Oh and the quality of the trip when im drifting in without noticing is really different as well. But hard to describe. There's more of a story line in them, and the texture is different as well (I've experimented plethora of textures, but that's not really what I mean here... there's a dreaminess entangled with the crispness of the visions that makes it like something I've never experienced in the last 7 years of playing with that beautiful molecule.

For me the intensity of the rocket launch varies depending on various factors, such as my state of mind, time of day, eyes closed or open.
But I've never experienced a smooth transition like you describe.
Do you know what circimstances give rise to the caaaaalm experience?

It started to happen when I was in a very calm place in the mountains, I lived there for four months, and there I was doing quiet a lot of meditation, I was walking everyday in nature, I was bathing every morning in the cold river (in winter, it was hard at first but day by day it started to get easier and easier ).
Nowadays I'm in town, back to work and so on, but it still happens, not every times, but mostly when I meditate beforehand.
So it may be related to the meditation practice, and to being calm and confident when you grab your vape, I guess.
If im not calm and confident when shooting it, I may go through energy work on body level.
To me it seems that the rocket effect is the body getting tuned to whatever happens in the dmt realms, if it is calm and relaxed beforehand, then it does not go through the process of those strong energy vibrations which seems to unknot blocages in some kind of channels (maybe?).
Im thinking it that way because I noticed that even if it goes through the rocket launch feeling, I may become really calm and settled once it (whatever that is haha) did the tuning (like 90% of the time, and the other 10 is me resisting)

So, i'ld say that overall it happens when im already calm, relaxed and already opened.

But I don't know if that's gonna stay true, dmt is so unpredictable, and there is so many variation of effects.... that I know that I will be surprised by it again and again

Entering the Dmt state in a calm manner is like trying not to panic kayaking of a waterfull .
I've learnt to creat a much calmer entry, you got to slow it all down . I use a substantial vape that can go down to
160-170 Celsius and stays on for 10+ min , this way your 1st pull is when it's starting to vaporize ,
and by the 3rd pull , ( couple minutes after,) is full guns blazing.
That give me a few minutes to ease in , accessing level by level and push on when I feel calm .
Sometimes I'm still pushing on with 4th and 5th pull 5 minutes in .
It can be extremely epic and last for 10-20 min

One is a volcano hybrid , it comes with a wipe for ease of use !! But that's quite expensive.
The one I used most over time is a Arizer solo 1 , both need a mesh gauze ( both designed for dry weed so need a bed so it doesn't melt down into heating element,) both can go low temperature both stay on for 10 min .
They both take a little practice especially the Arizer solo 1, you got to be patient it takes its time to vaporize.


When I come to mixing vape juice with Dmt that's ok , some find it the easiest way .

I've never seen anything I'd describe as an entrance gate. the closest would be some area, the way a bowling alley is an area, you can go all sorts of ways, generally open, but has passageways and things set up for specific purposes. definitely nothing that clearly stood out to be as the way I ought to be choosing to go. one way had an entity with a sign and didn't move, like someone standing by a gate not admitting people through, another way a similar looking figure was drifting back as I was floating towards it trying to figure out what the sign was. I never see tunnels or most of the things I read about from other people.

one time the transition was so rapid that I didn't even put down what I was holding, no transition through any outer-space kind of sci-fi place into the destination, just straight to destination like a laser shooting out of my head and quite literally 'breaking through' (from the floor of that reality). which I found interesting, since usually it's just a forward floating motion I experience, not this vertical rocket.
another time it was equally rapid but it started out as a split-screen. usually I do the hit, put things down, fold my hands, and try hold my eyes closed without being twitchy and strained, and in about 30 seconds my face calms down. this time I was already where I was going to end up, and when I closed my eyes the half view became the full view of that place.
every other time has had a 10-20 second come-up which either stayed at that holographic level or was a dim hard to perceive version of that level indicating I didn't get a good enough hit, or if it was a good enough dose at some point with no indication it was about to happen it segued into a normal world-space, whether indoors or outdoors, something that felt like normal warm white or natural sun light as opposed to being on in space in something made of holograms. there's never any warning or sign or gate or any leading up to and passing through, just a blink, I'm there for a second before I sort of catch up and go oh shit it happened, where am I now?
there's never any discomfort/body load/etc. other than that feeling I might lazily open my eyes and interrupt things if I don't make a point of squeezing them shut.
the endings are usually very much the same in that there's an awareness that it's happening, a slipping away and down, just like you'd gently put a fish back in the ocean. no gate or anything, it just naturally leads into this world from where ever I was, everything just unfolds to reveal this world, it has this soft rounded texture I can't really describe, like something inflatable made of a type of soft silicone or something, and finally it fades to nothing. it never goes back through the electric holographic dark of space realm that it usually starts in.
