How do you take DMT rectally / anally?

Well. Ipersonally don't have a fear factor for administering it anally. So I will try it this way once I have some more dmt. I have jut found out that ssri anti-depressants partially stop the fx of dmt. So I willtry slowly coming off them over a week before trying it.
 
I understand why people may find rectal administration a no-no...but for many chems it is the best route of administration. MDMA for example is much more bioavailable if done rectally.

I'm with warrensaged on this one though, I probably won't be doing this to enter hyperspace.
 
I just read all thats been going on in this thread.I dont like the taste either, it taste like cotton balls to me.I think it was acolon_5, who'm earlier said to mix it w/ an herb, and he couldnt be more right.Swim used to put a layer of ashes just over the screen of his bubbler pipe and then another layer of ashes over the spice to protect from any contact w/ direct flame.Swim recently used the same technique w/ parsley.Swim and his friends could hardly taste any spice (could only smell it in the air).Also that particular batch of spice, swim went to legnthy efforts to make sure it was white and clean from any other oils or substances which tend to make the smoking a lttle more harsh.swim would atleast try ang get the spice as clean as possible (if it isnt already) and try it w/ parsley w/ a bubbler pipe.If swiy is using a straight bowl it gonna hit much harder.I would try the other steps before the anal method,which might be a better method for swiy.Asians used to stick opium and let it dissolve in there bumb (i guess they were tired of the old pain in the ass :lol:) stupid joke.swiy is on an ssri aswell,right?
 
I think as I don't have much DMT - It would be worth trying to smoke in a bong with parsley as I could use about 60mg, before doing it anally and having to use 200mg or whatever.
But for now - I am going to gradually come down off my SSRI (Citalopram) over a month or 2, (too fast has bad side effects) I'm on 30 mg at the mo, but I think I will try and get down to 10mg then see what smoking DMT is like with a bong

And how exactly would one accomplish this amazing task???

I'm all for anal administration, I've done opium and poppy tea this way with great success, but blowing smoke up my own ass seems, well, like blowing smoke up my ass. I don't think it would work either.

Unless you are on SSRI's for a life or death kind of situation I would strongly suggest getting off of that crap....granted I am just a guy typing on a message board, and not a doctor, but I have seen too many people have too many serious side effects from SSRI's. There are other, safer, more effective options (including Ayahuasca which has been proven to treat depression and literally fix the problem within the brain by increasing serotonin platelet receptor sites). You are smart to go slow, the side effects (read withdrawals) from coming off of SSRI's are pretty nasty. Wierd how dangerous pharmaceutiles that were rushed though the testing process are 100% legal and pushed on the masses at every opertunity, but ayahuasca, which has a saftey profile similar to WATER is illegal and demonized....

Yes, SWIM has. He just did straight freebase. He said it burned a little bit and gave him some congestion the next morning that cleared up by the afternoon. I found his report here -> SWIM snorted a railroad track-sized line of DMT - DMT Experiences - Welcome to the DMT-Nexus.

It would be really helpful if you had an scale that weighs mgs. He eyed out his line and had quite a ride that lasted 2+ hours with no MAOI. Not that it was TOO much, but it was WAY more than he expected.

It might be a rather cumbersome method of administration. The best way would be to have some ort of anal probe that constantly pumps vapor inside your anus. This way, you could even "smoke" freebase for longer than the usual 3 minutes. Granted, this method of administration works.

A problem might be the anal probe. I found even earplugs severely uncomfortable during DMT so not sure what an anal probe would do. Also, it might not be good to do unsupervised ...in case of unsuspected movements, you might squeeze your prostate (if you are a man) which ouldn'T be too cool.

Please, serious replies only. If you are homophobic or find this silly, just go somewhere smoke your "deems" :twisted:
 
The DMT would recrystallize too rapidly upon cooling to make this a successful ROI. I've watched DMT in an electronic vaporizer just stick to the glass tube in a few seconds once it cools. If you can come up with a viable way to get it done then I guess go for it.

Like anything, I probably wouldn't go down this path particularly often as I'm not sure what kind of damage it would do to your rectum/colon long term.

I was thinking along similar lines, especially as this area is naturally quite dry, and plugging etc is usually done with aqueous solutions.

Also, it's one thing to suggest a pump, but really, how is that going to work? The oral orifice is connected to a powerful pump (lungs) that can grow in size considerably, to draw in and accommodate large amounts of vapour. But I don't see an equivalent mechanism at the other end, which if anything, tends to quickly normalise any pressure differences with the outside world 😁 Obviously, certain surgical procedures depend on a degree of prior inflation, but I doubt that is either safe or comfortable for the home-user.

Where's the plugging tech at? If I was ever determined to try this, gel or liquid ROA would be my first port of call, not vapor... [I haven't looked at the video, because I'm still eating breakfast, sorry...]

True but i would reason that holding in 50mg vaporized DMT for a longer time is doable. If you use a clistier with water, you can fit in 200ml without any problems. Sure there will be pressure....but the thought of a farr rocketing you towards hyperspace is a funny one ;)

I believe you need a lot more material than smoked and i think it also burns a lot.

My prsonal problem is...sensitive/damaged lungs/asthma. Smoking DMT is just so painful to me. :?:
 
I'm sure DMT could be put into solution and inserted via enema. Caffeine enemas were all the rage a few years back.

I'm not expert in these matters, but anything absorbed anally goes straight into the blood stream so there would be no need for an MAOI.

I would however be really concerned that things would get messy, I already have to empty my bladder before visiting hyperspace, I seriously doubt you would be able to hold in any fluids whilst leaving your body behind in a complete disconnect. Probably do it in the bathtub....

Wouldent it work faster smoking through your ears or nose.. as it would go straight to the brain faster!..:twisted:
 
The problem with anal administration is the rate of absorption - still much slower than through the lungs. I have tried up to 300mg of fumarate with only mild effects that lasted 20-40 minutes.

I have better results if I also take harmalas at the same time. For me I have tried 250mg harmine + 200mg fumarate with more success. The MAOI is necessary to allow enough absorption to occur before the DMT is broken down.

I dissolve the material in <10mg of slightly acidic water (I add a dash of citric or fumaric acid), the acid helps the harmine dissolve (my water has pH 7.7 out of the tap). Once it is completely in solution, I suck it up in a plastic syringe. Take a poo before you insert it. Starts working in 5-10 minutes.
