How does one "let go" during an Ayahuasca ceremony?

I have never consumed ayuasca , so i wouldnt know if my opinion would be right.

But i think, u just need experience and patience. Perhaps the thought of answers coming to late or not in time, puts you off.
So more experience with ayuasca will put your mind at ease.
