how long should the shot glass/jar stay in the freezer



i mean i guess its just a matter of patience



swim found over night to work well. but then again it dident seem to drop more out after a while

here is swim current delema


they scraped .9g of muddled shardy white/yellow goodness off there evap pan and did a rerystelisation. half way through the day the jar did not seem to be droping anything more out


still a small amount of naptha on top.



swim has now cleaned and ecrystelised twice and this morning it is still the same. very little clear to white crystals with some yelow on th bottom. does not look even close t the origial pile
wich i guess is to be expected. but swim wont no how much was actualy lost till he dries the whole mess

swim put the exes pour off back into freezer
its like

too litle to evap of any noticible amount



so what swim wound up with is yelow orange crystely chunklets


but what he is worried about is that water may have gotten into the shot glass in the freezer
as come of the bottom yelow stuff seemed to be rather frozen and a small bead of what he thinks was ice was found at the bottom.


this is bad me thinks any advise or help would be gratefuly apreciated

also the remaining solvent is clear not colored. so i dont really think its all that saturated, even if it was its so little it cant be much. im just wondering where the rest could have gone? unless it was just THAT inpotent to begin with. wich i dont think it was


recrystelisation has been a real bear for swim latly


all sorts of problems with id=ce and whatnot

Yeah, that's where alot is lost..Trying to clean it up...
The pile of yellow shrinks big-time as it's turned to white..
AFOAF used Mars' tek...even waited the 3 days in vacuum-sealed Sub-Freezer...
That, and the Extremely Careful ( borderline anal ) usage of turkey baster when siphoning off naptha...No color (NONE), just clear solvent...I believe is the key to obtaining a cleaner product from the start...No need to clean small, white crystals.
