how many hits? (picture)

First of all, the picture is quite horrible. Secondly, even if it was a good picture, its pretty impossible to say because DMT varies in density by at least 3x depending on crystallization and so on. Also, as you will see, method of smoking will make a huge difference, so we cant really talk about 'hits' because in an innefective method of smoking, 150mg will get you some funny feelings, and with another, 25mg will transport you to another dimension. How are you thinking of smoking/vaporizng it?

In the long run you should definitely get a scale. Its very cheap, to get a milligram or 10mg scale, just look on ebay or similar.

From how much mimosa was that, and how many pulls?

If you are serious about using spice then get 1mg scale. 10mg scale doesn't work nearly as well in my experience.

yeah a mg scale is a really good thing to have if you aren't sure of how much you have. I have a hundredth scale and it works but its not nearly as accurate. I usually just eyeball it because my spice is consistent and I am able to tell how much gets me how far into hyperspace. I definitely have been surprised a few times before though so i wouldn't recommend eyeballing it at all if you are new to extracting but if you have to, start with the smallest amount possible and work your way up. still, a mg scale is the best way to go

No, I meant 150mg.. A light bulb vap is known for being one such methods for a lot of people, who try to smoke huge quantities of DMT and burn most of it, in the end getting nothing but a small percentage of dmt actually inhaled and mostly some nasty tasting inactive combusted dmt by-products. Also in a joint its pretty innefective too, specially depending how spread out it is.
