Just curious here... Im sure there are a handful of people on this forum that are designated by the man, the gov, big brother or whatever you wanna call it, to come on here and slander DMT, its use, and what experiences are like.

I mean, I might be getting a little too cynical here, but just think about it. I have seen some pretty far fetched stories on here, some that even seemed like scare tactics... Now I know if you are in fact working for the man, your not gonna say it... But if you normal guys had to guess how often and how many people do you think are here on behalf of the man?

** Edit **
For those of you who are a little unsure as to what I am getting at, I am posting one of my responses from below that might help clear this up.

Thanks for the responses. I think I should clarify a couple things. First, I am not personally worried about the man being here on the forums, it really isn't a concern in regards to my DMT experience. Second, I am talking about a government agency or anti-drug organization hiring (or somehow acquiring) a group of professionals to slander and devalue its use in order to deter people from experiencing it.

It sounds like the thought of someone who suffers extreme paranoia, however this is the exact kinds of things these opposing forces do. I suppose my message is just to create awareness, let people make their own judgement on the validity of these messages and remember that not everyone wants you to have these positive experiences. Next time you come across a post that says "OMG I just smoked DMT and I seen a demon raping my moms soul!", think about who this person really is. Now, if they are a common member with hundreds of posts and are known amongst you then of course its legit, but is it really? Probably so, its probably 99% sure, but there's always that 1%.

Now, I wouldn't think these people would be here to depreciate our value of DMT, I mean nothing someone says about their horrible DMT trip will ultimately affect our own personal connection to the drug. How could they? We know the truth, we know what its really like, and anything that someone else says in regards to it is purely subjective. But, stop and think for a second, what about the people who haven't tried DMT yet, what about those people who are just reading online about the dug to try and see what its about and what to expect. If I hadn't done it before, and I was reading a report from a guy who seen visions of demons raping his mom, then that might completely deter me from ever experiencing it. Of course, this is a small percentage of people were talking about here, but every person counts. Each and every one of us.

And, this isn't really just about this site, its about all websites, all external material that builds up this imaginary vision of the experience that this drug paints. Even calling it a drug, in of itself, deters many people from ever experiencing it. I hope this makes a little more sense where I was coming from on this. This really sparked my interest after reading an article with these exact kind of manipulative control tactics, I mean this kind of stuff is happening rather any of you want to acknowledge it or not. Its really not being cynical, its being aware of how truly dirty and deceiving the people who want to control us are, and how far they will go to trick us into thinking what they want. I'm not saying that there are a lot of people like there on this forum either, thats not what I am getting at (though I am sure there are a few of you lurking in the shadows here). So, I hope no one took offense by what I said.

Anyways, keep an open mind.

Ha! I first thought this thread was about career choices.

In terms of your concerns about government spies, just remember, "fear is the mind killer."

Everyone works for the "man" just not everyone knows it.
But in terms of what you mean I don't think it happens would be pretty pointless.

It has been said before that DMT is not for everyone. Many people use it and have profound, positive life-changing experiences. Others use it and find no way to integrate the experience into their lifestyle in a positive way and choose not to use it anymore. Some (who may have a predisposition to mental illness or were vastly unprepared for the trip) were disturbed by the profound change in perspective and had trouble recovering from the harrowing experience. Different people are affected by its power differently, and not everyone who had troubles with the experience are affiliated with the man, man. Likewise, there may be individuals here who work for government agencies, hospitals, or some other district of the public sector who use it and find great benefits in its effects.

if I did work for the man as part of a anti-spice negative thought militia.... I would just start a facebook page and give out rue and mhrb. or get a hot actress to promote its use to the tmz crowd..check this shizz

Sooner or later a handful of unprepared fools will swallow way too much and the media will take over with a bunch of poorly written articles... and that WILL screw with all us forum guys.

Hahahah!!! I love the responses....

I do have a friend though who worked for the park service who would give misinformation on mushroom patches on the Oregon coast on mycotopia. True story. He ironically now eats mushrooms and feels REALLY BAD ABOUT IT!

I think the reason there are a lot of far fetched stories on here is because DMT produces lots of outlandish experiences that can have profound implications and difficult traditional explanations. I probably wouldn't believe half of it if a lot of unexplainable things didn't happen to me. I suppose some of the implications could be scary if you're resistant to change and want to continue on living in the cozy reality bubble that's been established for you. Would you mind referencing a post or two that's related to DMT that seemed to use scare tactics?

P.S. I'm an unemployed musician 8)
