Don"t give up yet. Maybe it takes time for folk to realise how great you are! Like a fine wine that needs to breath a little at the right temperature. You"ve only been on the shelf for 3 weeks. Perhaps you are a premier cru from the Corbieres rather than a bottle of beaujolais nouveau (which quite frankly tastes like cat urine IMO).

Why do you feel you lost chances to be promoted?

Be patient, some members already voted on your promotion, not much left and you`re promoted. Just post interesting things not just to increase post count but to keep on helping others, contributing to discussions, etc ...

I don't know why i feel that way, i'm sure it's to do with some of my replies from previous posts that may have rubbed people the wrong way, i'm not sure. Theres just other sections, Chemistry, etc i would like to post in, but feel as though i'll be stuck in the Members section forever, that's why when i read about needing to be promoted, i thought well i have no chance of that.

Basically from one of my posts i was made to look stupid, which i was and i admit that, but i no longer felt part of NEXUS after reading it, i shot my mouth off too early basically and looked like an idiot..so that's pretty much the reason.

I appreciate the kind words thank you, and very surprised some members have voted for me already...:shock:

Don't feel turned off by negative responses from certain people. There are so many people here, we can't all agree, though civility should be the law of the land.

It took me a similar amount of posts to become fully fledged, so fret not.
