How much harmala's to put in Changa

These days I tend to smoke some harmalas first, then either the changa or freebase. If you have some caapi leaves, a bowl of them before also does the job.

Generally though, if I do add harmalas il add say 1/3 of the freebase weight.

cheers gammagore, at the moment i would just eat some seeds, but i want to make it all as simple as possible so sticking the whole lot together is the plan.
