Totally 72hs. Both these are strong at brain stimulation, would probably cause overstimulation. In that same vein, its good to fast on everything except maybe just fruits, no caffeine or sugar stuff, and drink Aya (MAOI.) All this is based on the body's ability to recuperate. If you had very good sleep and meditation and all good natural food you would probably be good in 24-36-48hs. Its about not overstimulating, about going into the state of least exaltation (pure breath), not over stimulation which would be unpleasant. For this; care in all things consumed. 5HTP is strong. Its very useful.
