how spice smells like?

my friend knows a guy who's sister's husband have just done first spice extraction. looks great so far, nice little crystals, using q21q21 tek with naphta. This guy never seen spice in his life before, never smelled it.
can you at least try to describe how spice smells like so that guy can be sure everything turned out ok?

it should smell like burnt plastic. When its smoked it has a very distinct smell like plastic. Trust me, if he had crystals form he was successful. I was very very afraid the first time I smoked it but it was all good. Good luck

I get a huge grin on my face everytime I go to my friend's house and smell the jar from his freezer, or sniff a new sneaker.
indole rhymes with sole (from a shoe, not fish...although it can smell fishy too because it's an amine), smells like it too. floral and fishy.
indole and tryptamine are used in the purfume industry.

I find very pure DMT have have almost no smell, but when it still contains more oils/fats it has that strange floral fresh leathery scent. I collected the separated oil and strangely it did not have the same odor on its own.

It smells divine. First time I ever smelled actual dmt I immediately recognized the smell. I haven't had any new Nikes in a while but I could see how it smells like new Nikes with mothballs inside haha

For me it got stuck in my nose! Every now and then I would think about it and then smell it. I could be doing my daily work and think about that smell of DMT. Kind of annoying but loved it just the same. Now nearly a year later I don't get that thought of that smell.

Mine changed smells. After I scraped it up it had that familiar smell like after you Vape it. Now it's smells different but when I Vape it the normal DMT smell is present.
