I felt this happening from the first time I vaporized 5-MeO-DMT, but I took a very small dose.
I was afraid to have the fully immersive experience gained by vaporizing larger amounts of 5-MeO-DMT.
At first I was afraid, upon inhaling I experienced a sense of dread and panic, but as soon as I accepted whatever I felt instead of trying to escape from it or fight it in any way, the anxiety and terror vanished almost instantly, and was replaced by a deep sensation of calmness and elation.
I really would love to try 5-MeO-DMT at a higher dosage and experience the full breakthrough, but I am a little frightened to try this by myself.
I also am reluctant to visit a provider whom I really know nothing about and have the breakthrough experience in a strange or unfamiliar setting.
If anyone can offer any insight or suggestions as to how I should proceed with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
