I made an Emesh !

I can barely believe it - thanks to your all posts over time I have created both a nice vape pen and an eMesh device that looks like it’s gonna work on TC or Watt setting with breath rate control - the Wotofo Profile was broken down to create an RDA and I used Vandyvape ss 316 mesh- GeekVape 3 something - set to 200C and it seems to stay there after resetting the RDA per Minty -

I have not had time to try it yet - just made it last night - work and wife responsibilities - but it just looks solid -

Getting the mesh in there was not easy and i almost lost parts forever on the floor

Take care with the emesh, it is the most efficient way of vaporising. Dose recommendations from the past which were good guidelines for other less efficient "smoking" or vaping methods may be too much. Start small.

Also, Minty now recommends sticking with power mode rather than bothering with TC. It took me a long time to switch over but eventually i did and found it was much simpler.

Mind you, I then switched away from emesh entirely to rebuildable tanks and propylene glycol based juice, but emesh was a fun part of the journey.

My ceramic - voltage control cart I made and pen seems strong and easy to rehit -

Are the tanks just delivering a bigger hit more easily ?

With my setup TC seems to hold at 206 - I know some setups are difficult - I wonder what’s wrong with it for people? Is it that it’s still wrong temp for some setups as it doesn’t = what the temp says ?

I never really had much issue with TC on my solo but nor did it do anything that power mode can't do. I did find power mode simpler and more flexible when I started to take bigger, hotter hits. For minty assisting new emesh users, he finds it causes problems and it's more difficult to troubleshoot and so not worth it if it offers no major benefit.

Nothing prevents you from experimenting with it to your heart's desire! Try them both and decide for yourself.

Regarding tanks, yes it is the ability to take multiple hits of variable sizes without needing to reload, particularly valuable alongside harmala with which you can cruise around hyperspace for a prolonged period if you have a device that can keep delivering doses. Dual coil RTA is the latest trend and it's very efficient and very, very powerful.
I did overload my emesh with a few hits worth, and also had two emesh setups to double the amount available for quite some time, but you reach a point where the whole load is prone to dripping off the mesh and that's very, very annoying. There's also a high risk of overvaping and ending up deeper than intended because you're relying on your timing to control the dose with a finer margin than with diluted juice.

I have a friend who swears just by a well made vape pen and gets multiple sequential bt on home made pen too - but I know after I finish the pen I made I’ll be trying the tank - this is so elaborate !
