I need help integrating THE breakthrough of breakthroughs

I rarely do it anymore, but every day it is there. Every conversation, every facial expression, and every situation. Ayahuasca on the weekend. Cheers. We are this. It's amazing. Everyone has no idea but is starting to. Integration is every day. It's a lifetime. The torrent of consciousness beckons curiosity and life force until contentment. Ask and you will recieve.

And this sums up my day to day life. Every step I take, ever person I walk past, every car that goes by, for it's all a constant reminder. I never completely understood the Eastern thought when they say "Seeing yourself in everyone and everything, and everyone and everything in yourself"....but now I get it, completely. The flood gates have been permanently swung open..

As I was saying, do activities to bring you into the moment and that make you well up with joy. I've found that when I do this, my mind becomes extremely lucid and the contents of my experiences come flooding back and I can think on the experiences quite clearly, helping me to integrate.

I'd love to truly experience this, I felt it on mushrooms and had an experience on DMT , but oddly, it was quite inverted. I felt I was talking to other deities and then I thought "what if they don't exist, what if it's all just me kidding myself?" I felt a sense of dismay and horror at the idea and a part of me said "now you know how god felt " and in an instance, I could see my consciousness as the only thing in existence and my new self awareness was the horror of realising myself. " so I created life I thought .... No not life, my first creation was death . And we shattered ourselves". Unfortunately my experience was not profound or awe-inspiring , but perhaps it's a part of the reason of it all, if you look at yours - you are god playing hide and seek for fun and exploration, and mine- that it was an act born out if fear, perhaps they represent two reasons on a spectrum ?
