I feel like I can't sleep if I take iboga at night. Is it best to take it during the day?
Also, I would appreciate it if you could tell me how you recommend taking it.
Iboga has that property ... with flood doses ( which they do in their ceremonies), people stay awake for 2 nights without sleeping, even if they want to. So be aware of that ... and maybe get more info about this plant, because iboga is a serious psychedelic. If you plan to get a flood dose, don't do by yourself.
