i spent most of my time stuck in bed and stoned, im usually a creative and curious person..... this started after a crazy burnout in the end of 2021... i can only sleep 4 hours straight.......

the crazy thing is, i know what i have to do but i just dont do it... in the end i isolate and am allways grumpy....

i didnt share all of the story here......

i dont know what to do...

Sounds like you need to explore what's holding you back from doing what you know you gotta do... you gotta explore your feelings and all that messy shite that makes you uncomfortable....

It might seem simple, I do this at work, write a list of the things you need to do.

Approach each day and each task one at a time, do the first Job, the first thing on the list or even the easiest thing on the list, don't worry about how long it may take, you only need to do the first job.

Cross that off the list. I usually realise how easy that first job was and move onto the next job.

I usually say that I do 75% of everything and forget the other 25%, but if you keep doing the 75% its surprising what you get done.

Just don't talk to me about gardening, our garden is a mess but I'm always too knackered after a week of work to want to work-again at the weekend!

Btw, I'd say I'm actually less creative since starting taking DMT because it ends up feeling like a calling to explore. It does bring freedom of thought and more questioning of life.

It seems like there is also a physiological component on top of the emotional one since you describe it starting after a crazy burnout.

The "I know what I have to do but I just don't do it" describes what is called executive dysfunction, it is a well known symptom in ADHD, PTSD, Depression and Schizophrenia, and unfortunately, no amount of brute-forcing through it will work long term.

It would be interesting to see a competent doctor to do a full panel blood test and an organic acid test, to rule out things like hypothyroidism, diabetes, inflammation, hormonal imbalances, metabolic dysfunctions, immune system dysregulation and deficiencies that can have a huge impact on your physical and mental health.

Doing simple things, like meditating for 5 minutes, doing one or two easy yoga poses for a minute or two daily can also be a good start.

thanks for all the words, it means a lot.... ill try to find a good doctor, ive tryed 2 times before but they just dismiss the problem and dont really look at it....

I use mairjuana and nicotine to mediate all of this, last year i tryed to quit 5 times and everytime i stayed awake for 4/5 days and start halucinating hardcore, wich scared me and i just ended smoking and going to sleep.

the worse is the feeling of the days passing....... time passes but im still.... my mind tells me what i have to do and i just dont move.....

this is the worst thing ive ever had to fight or experience.... sleep is the most importante of basic needs
