Welcome to the nexus Nagual. You wil find your self in good company here. Quite a few scientist and spiritualists around these parts.
I've also been experimenting recently with topical preparations of DMT...Actually to be fair HOUSE is the one that started the thread here of our very preliminary results. I'm very curious to learn more about your methods....I for one really enjoyed the rather mild experience and look forward to working with it more.
I'm also very curious about your constant dosing. In fact I'm curios about that to want to just hear your talk all about it. Any sort of rebound effect (mood or otherwise) when you come off for a few day's? Any tolerance?
I for one look forward to hearing more about what you have to say, but as other noted just enter the stream a little more humbly as opposed to jumping in with a big splash. You obviously have a depth of knowledge that will be welcome in these parts.
Peace.
Thanks! Topical DMT doesn't have to be mild, it can be quite wild
A lot of care has to be taken and there are a lot of gotchas, but what would be the fun if it was easy?
I think of my constant dosing like bodybuilders think of steroids (I am a bit of a bodybuilder so I understand these guys pretty well). I titrate up, cruise, titrate down, cruise, and sometimes take ~3 days for a wash out period. I don't really need a wash out unless I have several EPIC experiences while cruising, and most of the time I can just cruise at a lower level to come back to baseline. I think it is probably worthwhile to take a few weeks off every three or four months, I'm considering it soon.
My mood when I come off is always good, by day three of washout I still feel totally serene and connected, only my energy level and creativity are very subdued.
I focus on staying present, being mindful and controlling my body while amplified. I let my thoughts flow like water (monkey mind is the devil) and speak them when I feel the need. I use transcription software to keep a record, and treat it like psychoanalysis, using my words as clues to inner problems.
I also have written stories about my ideal self and his ideal life, which I have memorized and recite to myself while very amplified, focusing on experiencing them vividly with all my senses.
Finally, I create strong negative and positive body feelings while simultaneously imagining the experience of something I want my body to respond to in order to condition myself. I've used this to stop chewing my nails, stop eating dense refined carbohydrates, stop eating food that is not fresh and natural, stop being impatient in lines and while waiting for others who are busy, feel good about talking to completely random strangers, feel good about tidying up after myself, be confident that I can protect myself and my loved ones from anything, feel totally amazing and comfortable naked and enjoy/feel no shame in flirting with women I have just met. It really has been transformative.
Besides just inner explorations, I explore activities of all sorts while amplified. I described the process in a previous post. The most important things are to have fun and let yourself flow; don't get frustrated and don't get stuck on anything, just move on.
Before I move to a lower energy level I focus on the body feelings, mindset, sense of connectedness and awareness I am experiencing due to the higher energy level and create a strong mental recording. I try to anchor (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anchoring_(NLP)) this recording to different things. It is really a process of consciousness reporgramming.
