Impotent Syrian Rue Extract

Not long ago I obtained some freebase (I think) Syrian Rue extract, ideally I would have done the extraction myself but given my living situation it wasn't viable. Having read lots on here about how it can enhance / change DMT experiences and the effects it has on it's own I wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately I've failed to experience much of an effect from it thus far and I was hoping I could get some advice. To give some context I've consumed it in the following ways:

- 50-100mg orally
- 20-50mg smoked with mullein
- 25mg sublingually as per q21q21 (link)
- 25mg sublingually + 10mg of DMT (direct e-mesh method)

When taken orally, smoked and sublingually by itself I experienced a very mild change in headspace and felt the slightest bit tipsy, however I'm unsure if this was placebo. When taken sublingually with DMT I definitely had the full effect of the spice but it lasted 3-4 minutes at peak and trailed off for another 10 minutes. From what I've read, if I were MAO inhibited, it should have lasted a significantly longer amount of time.

I'm aware that the extract obtained might simply be weak so I am thinking of attempting to separate the harmine and harmaline and then trying again. Any recommendations and comments would be very much appreciated.

The dosages of Harmalas are probably a bit low, try increasing the dosage a bit more. Or, take 180 to 200mgs of the extract orally and then 2 hours later vape the DMT, should notice quite a bit of difference then.

dissolve some in vinegar... just to verify that what you have on your hands is indeed freebase.

Next time I try it orally I will, I'm more interested in experimenting the sublingual ROI at the moment. Thanks!

Harmalas fb is generally very wild forme. can'tfeel much and only at 200 minto 300 Istart to get it to activate DMT I think. Soif itsmild try doing 200 min to 250mg and dose again but for me 50mgdmtorally is low but 70 is cool easy,or 100 a bit better, butfar from ilmmersive,andbreakthrough. speaking about it I want to do pharmahuasca again its so gentle !Nothinglikeisolatedn,n DMT or Changa ! for meitsmorelikedifference between buccal salvia divinorumvs smoked extract.
