I have recently started researching acacia simplex, and have discovered that its stem bark contains a sizeable amount of 2-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-B-carboline. IS this Beta-carboline a RIMA (Reversible Inhibitor of Monamineoxidase A)?

i am not sure if the answer to your question is entirely known.
but the most recent info i can find is from 2011
so it is possible our understanding has developed since then.
