Is blue lotus extract dissolvable in acetone?

Migrated topic.

Is it? I bought some blue lotus extract to add to my changa blend but it doesn't seem to want to completely dissolve in acetone.. It's like a solid black tar, for what it's worth.

Extract is usually already diluted? I don't know what with or if that varies by vendor, but you could probably evap it and redissolve.

You should order lotus petals, much easier to use!

Yeah I see now I probably should have ordered petals instead, but 15x extract sounded fancier lol I'm looking to lace my black caapi leafs with the extract and spice. Is there a way to soften the extract and dissolve it into acetone, or can I just sandwich it between the leaf in a pipe? I'm not too sure what to do with this resin and can't find much on it.. I was expecting something easier to work with.

Did you try warming the acetone gently? If you're down to insoluble resin it may not be worth salvaging, order some petals and begin again.

Could try everclear, gently warmed.......if it dissolves then throw in the rest of your mix and evap and cure it.
