IS there a good 5-meo tech for extracting some plant?

Sorry I haven't yet figured it out. Seems some are getting synthesizing 5-meo. Then there is the Toad. But then I was hoping there is a ideal 5-meo plant with the ideal 5-meo Extraction tech circulating that I just missed. Thanks for your time...
