The spines look a little dark to be a peruvianus, and the skin looks a little lighter green to yellow. It definitely looks like it belongs to the trichocereus, or echinopsis, family, but I am not sure which one it might be.

Not even a trichocereus.

It is Myrtillocactus cochal.
