So I was wondering if refluxing the Ethanol + Cannabis Extract + Sulfuric acid was a neccesity?
At home reflux(no lab equip) seems very, very scary! No matter what the "Alchemical Cannabis" book says. I was told that refluxing is just to speed up reactions. So in theory couldn't an alien just agitate the mixture and give it maybe an hour to react?
Anyone have any experience or pointers?
Also could Isopropyl alcohol replace the ethanol, or would it react and ruin the product?
