Yep, Bernie said he smoalked a couple years ago.
 
I feel like he oversimplified the drug addict thing quite a bit.


As example, you don't have to grow up in a poor neighborhood/family to end up taking something like heroin.

No DMT didn't come up. Bernie said he tried cannabis a couple times and didn't get much out of it.

Yeah I was kind of disappointed when he said he didn't believe in decriminalizing all drugs. I do think there is something to his provide people meaningful work and better circumstances and it will help curtail problematic drug (and alcohol) use somewhat, but he doesn't seem saavy to the real issue and the real solutions. He did say he believes in science and wants to surround himself with qualified people so maybe he could be steered the right direction on that. I was pleased to hear he would legalize cannabis with an executive order and I'm on certainly on board with his healthcare, education, and climate change ideas and how he wants to go about implementing them.

I wasn't disappointed. He needs to get into power and i think that saying that you will decriminalise all drugs is political suicide in some countries. Slowly slowly catchy monkey. Great interview. Thanks for posting.
