Hello fellow travelers,
Thankfully after checking incessantly for weeks the Nexus reopened registration. Because of that I was able to transform myself from the creepy nonmember of this site that would just lurk around the nexus for stimulating content, to a greenhorn newbie that everyone laughs at
. To be honest I have stalked all of you for a while now. Reading your discussions, suggestions, and experiences. However, as all of you may know, the drive we all feel to explore the deep depths of our consciousness is an endeavor of epic proportions that without community would only be a partial experience.
I am, like you, a being in search of answers. I like some of you play the game of western civilization. I live in a land of Starbucks and Taco Bells. The land of excessive consumerism, and the idolization of material wealth. For me the plant teachers are the only solace to the hollow hole that my bankrupt white washed culture has rendered on my psyche and my soul.
My personal experiences with psychedelics goes back to times of childhood. I am sure some of you can relate. I plunged deep into the depths of the transcendent other at an age where I should have been just focusing on High School. That was many many moons ago and I am now a bit older, and I dare say, a bit wiser. My sirens to the gates of my unconscious are DMT, psilocybin, and cannabis.
I have recently found a love for mushroom cultivation. I will be lurking around there a lot. While I am here I also have plans to do a study where I compare substrate materials to compare yield differences in the cultivation of some Psilocybes. I am looking forward to learning, and sharing.
I am so grateful to be here and I am looking forward to many wonderful exchanges with all of you.
