Kudos to endlessness

Hi all,

I want to say that I consider endlessness as the best moderator: the comments are always moderated, not angry, always patient and helpful. ( I wish I could be that way...lol..)

Keep up the good work, and the best of luck.

Yet this brings me the the moderator topic. Maybe some standards can be set for moderators, and maybe we can vote on their performance? as we can vote for new members performance. And maybe endlessness can write a code of conduct for moderators.

I just saw one thread that I thought was funny, and one member was giving slightly sarcastic comment, I would have done probably much worst, sice I tend to be bullish.


Then I read your comment and was impressed how you handled it: - in a respectful and constructive way.

How did you learn it this skill? You disclosed you have psychology background, is it where you learned it? have you ever had it?

Can you recommend any book or workshop wher it can be learned? I have pretty quick ind impulsive reactions, and work with pharma greatly helped, but I am nearly where I want to be regarding human communication.
