Hello Nexians,
I am taking the big leap tomorrow night and I consider this a milestone in my life. I've study this medicine, as well as DMT, for the last 3 years and something I kept telling myself is that, "Aya will find me when she thinks I'm ready but I'll still have to meet her half way." Then 2 months ago she found me and she brought a healer to help me through this journey. So my friend and I are going to this healers house, my friend is taking 3 grams of Cyanescens because he has had his fair share of 3 day sweat lodge peyote ceremonies in the desert and likes his control. He is there to help me through this journey to the soul as support, and our many experiences together have created this bond that transcends this dimension. Anyways, I've read a lot here on the Nexus and was just wondering for any last tips before I take the plunge? Like what would be a good light breakfast and maybe what fruits will make the purge smoother when coming up?
P.S. The Ayahuasca that the healer has was made in the Amazon Jungle and has been blessed by shamans before sent up here to the Pacific Northwest, so I feel this will help a lot as to tradition. He won't even open the bottle until the sacred space has been created because he says spirits can enter it if the space isn't created.
