For those who use Lime - is there any difference between Mrs. Wages food-grade lime in the old canister (http://www.yardlover.com/mrs-wages-pickling-lime-1-lb) and the newer bagged version (http://www.canningpantry.com/pickling-lime.html)? I would have to assume they are the same but just wanted to check and make sure. The canister is available at a local grocery store. Gracias!

Hoping someone has used the canisters and can vouch for the product inside...

They should be the same, I have no reason to imagine otherwise.
