Looking for help with building The Green Buddha

I'm having some trouble finding the 14mm/18mm adapter mentioned in this thread. In post # 17, going by the eBay search terms, OP describes it as a "14 mm to 18 mm glass converter adapter down stem". Has anyone found a good current source for it? Any help is much appreciated. I have the 14mm female joint j hook w/ k clip and 14mm f/18mm m decreaser from greenbuddhashop linked to in the OP of that thread.
