In 3 sessions of about 18-22 mg IM DMT (with high dose harmine -my way which is IM - don’t do this )- this is just my observation not a recommendation for anyone -
I went from panic to being able to control the panic ego by simple observation and redirection to the positive - for example panic mind says - it’s gonna last forever - lol - observer mind says no it’s not long enough - etc etc - on and on
More intense it gets the panic mind can only raise its volume - same response - I don’t feel it’s loop anymore - I watch and redirect my mind to presence / observation/ awe
This has been having huge real life dividends for me as I better understand myself
I get a 20-30 min peak - and 1.5 to 2 hrs of trip mostly bliss - and great bliss off too with presence
I think maybe people get this from Aya but I can do this in 90 min and go back to life -
Next step higher dose and as things dissolve panic mind will scream louder but same stuff - it feels weird it looks weird it sounds weird my body is in trouble - etc
I know not to get drawn in and instead just think - it’s so cool - look at this feel that - wow -
There is great therapeutic value here for those who are exceedingly analytical (plenty of us )
