LSA dose and how to counter vascoconstriction

So SWIM is wanting to take LSA, the questions he has are:

1. Is this too much? SWIM did a simple IPA Extraction on 60 seeds. He only mildly crushed them with pliers and then let them sit in IPA for the equivalent of two days (Half a day then a night then another half day) away from any light (In his drawer). He then evaporated away the IPA not in the sun but definitely not out of all light. Then he split the gunk into two doses and put them in some chocolate for easier ingestion. Is this going to be too much or maybe nothing at all since it was a very crude extraction and was exposed to some light?

2. How to counter the vascoconstriction? SWIM wants to know if soaking in a hot tub (He will be at a hotel) will ease the vascoconstriction. If not will dark chocolate help like SWIM has read?

3. This should probably have it's own topic in another section but Is salvia a vascodilator? Whenever SWIM smokes low doses of salvia (All he's ever done) he gets very warm. Is this because Salvinorin-a acts as a vascodilator or some other reason? The reason he asks is because if it is a vascodilator he was planning on smoking a small dose of that to counter the vascoconstriction from the LSA.

I have not extracted LSA from seeds but I have done some oral and sublingual work with them. I assume you are talking about HBWR seeds? 30 seeds per dose seems a bit heavy, IMO.

There was a thread about HBWR dosages back in February...let me find it.

Here it is

IME, 12-15 seeds (I've eaten that many and tried sublingually with that many) can be a physically intensive trip. I noticed slight to moderate cramping of the inner thigh areas and sort of heavy body load in general. Nausea was pretty powerful (more so with oral than sublingual) but MJ definitely helped counteract the physical side effects. If your extraction went perfectly then I would assume you have closer to 4 doses as opposed to 2 (15 seeds per dose is still a bit much if you haven't tried it before).

I would start low and build your way up, just like anything else. Be safe and have fun!
 
As for vasoconstriction try going for a run for an hour.

There are drugs or natural supplements to help you, THC being one of them or PDE5 inhibitors such as Viagra.

I took clonidine to help with MAOI sleep problems, which is an Alpha antagonists and stops vasoconstriction. I felt lazy the next day though but it help me sleep and not wake up.

You could also try L-arginine or Niacin.

There seems to have been good experiences combatting vasoconstriction using garlic and/or lemon oil.

There are dozens of options but always be careful when combining substances, especially combinations which have not been tested often. Dark chocolate could also work but you may want to read this.
