Marijuana Firecracker Recipes

Anyone with a good tried and true? Googling it returns about a million results, but I know you guys know what you're talking about.

all the recipes i have seen would work. its basically just decarboxylation from heat + peanut butter (or other oily substance - nutilla might work) to absorb the cannabinoids.

fairly simple process. probably would even work with just cannabis + heat.

Take how ever much you want to ingest, spread some peanut butter that has high fat content on two crackers, and sandwich the bud inside them. Wrap it in tinfoil and place in the oven on 300-315F for about 20 mins.

Take out, let cool, and enjoy :) Seems to work well for me and my friends.

also, according to this page the lowest boiling point (β-caryophyllene - a terpenoid) is at 119 C/246.2 F so if you did 118 C or 240 F you could probably decarboxylate without destroying any of the flavor.

here is a decarboxylation graph for maximum efficiency.

if you want to do it for less time, you can burn off some of the terpenoids while keeping the cannabinoids. if your weed is particularly tasty it may be worth the time to keep them.

i hear microwaves work great for decarboxylation, but i am not sure i trust them (just because the temperature seems to be so variable. but i have heard a lot of users vouch for them)

Ok, I'm sold on Firecrackers!

0.4g cooked the Gone-and-Back way last night worked like a charm, and I just downed another 0.4g this morning to hit a float tank in an hour.

Planning on making some stronger ones with better bud tonight, so I'll try lower heat and let you all know.

Thanks for the advice, and enjoy your day!

Glad to hear it worked well for you! Eating is the way to go over smoking. Not only are you not damaging your lungs, but it seems to last twice as long for me and also becomes more potent, even slightly psychedelic.

Plus, marijuana has some essential amino acids that you can get from eating it, but not from smoking. With all the research out there about THC combating certain cancers as well, maybe it can prevent stomach and colon cancers? Just a speculation.
